Birthday gift for a 6 year old girl?

Appreciate any help you can provide. Here’s a bit about her:

-Just started kindergarten
-Wants to be a doctor
-Says she wants Barbies (and I’m sure her great aunts will have that covered)
-Likes science - she had a microscope for awhile and I liked looking at leaves and rocks
-Loves to bake
-Doesn’t have the attention span for most crafts

I’m flying to her, so anything I could order on Amazon and have waiting when I get there would be great. Thank you!!

My dd who likes sciences, liked the gem discovery kits from National Geographic.

-How about a new microscope (you said she "had" one)
-A Kiwicrate subscription
-A baking box subscription

Baketivity baking kits are fun. My daughter also received a baking cookbook at that age geared toward kids. I think it was called "Baking All On My Own" or something like that.

Can you gift a kid cooking class or a trip to a science museum or experience? I’m finding my kids remember these more than the toys.

Kiwicrates are great. We had a kaleidoscope one last year that my kid adored.

Every kid that I have met at that age lobes Squishmallows.

Zoe and sassafras’s book series is great for that age

Does she have a lab coat? My older DD (10) wants to be a vet and loves her labcoat. I suggested to a friend who wanted an idea for her last birthday to order a pin/ badge on Etsy that says “Dr. Larla Urbanmom, veterinarian”. My DD (asks “Larla”) was so thrilled when she opened it!!

OP here - Thank you for all the suggestions! The Kiwicrates look interesting so I think I’ll try that.

We signed my son up for a Kiwicrate subscription when he was 5. He’s now 11 and still waits anxiously for the (Eureka) crate to come every month.

I guess I will be the one kiwicrate naysayer. It was so much waste (every single crate has lots of parts which are wrapped in plastic, plus when you’re done with the item you throw it out) and it was pressure every month to find time to sit down and make these dinky “STEM focused” items. It contributed to my physical and mental clutter!
