Weight loss supplements

Need to take some supplements for energy and app suppressant.
Ideas?

48F. Have gained 30 pounds in last 10 years.
I’m just so exhausted and fatigued all the time - I need something to help get me going.

Have been to doctor. Not officially peri-menopausal.

Ideas?

Low iron? You just have to force yourself to exercise. The more you do it the easier it gets. Takes a few weeks to get into a routine
