Ferry to Santorini

| Headed to Greece at the end of Sept for two weeks - Athens, Crete, and Naxos. When we're in Naxos, should we take a ferry to spend 3 hours in Santorini? I want to see the beautiful white buildings and blue sea, but DH doesn't want to deal with crowds. Will it still be pretty touristy at that time? I see tours on TripAdvisor, if anyone has recs I'd appreciate it. Thank you! |

I did this years ago, but from Santorini, take the boat to the volcanic island across the way to swim to the hot water in this one cove.

And if you have the nerve to deal with the crazy bus drivers on road to the point, rent scooters and drive there.
