Is there anywhere in parentvue to find the name of dcs counselor?

| Yes. In Synergy mail, click Compose, then click the To field, then click [kid's name's counselor]. It will fill in their name and email address. |

| Check your school's website for the process to request a schedule change. The counseling page will have a list of counselors and which part of the alphabet they cover. They may have a google form to submit, rather than an email. (Email is overwhelming at this time of year. A Google Form allows the entire counseling office to see the volume of change requests and handle them in batches.) |
