Apartment rental agent in Manhattan?

I’m looking for an apartment rental agent/broker in Manhattan. It’s for monthly rent of around $3,000. Does anyone have someone to recommend?

My DD used Anna Stepanova with Corcoran Group. She’s listed on the Corcoran website. Anna found my DD a great studio between Union Square and Gramercy. She’s Manhattan based so if interested in Brooklyn rentals you might have to find a second person. She gave my DD a great set of choices in budget and gave her FaceTime tours. Your budget will be tight for NYC, but you probably know that. Good luck.
