Sprouted grains/nuts/seeds/beans

Is anyone here eating this way and if so have you noticed a change in your digestion?

I Ezekiel bread and eat it daily as well as sprouted grain wraps for sandwiches and such. I’ve never had digestive issues and have been eating sprouted grains for many years. But when I lived on fast food in college I was also fine. I’m not sure it is a miracle digestive fix,
But sprouted grains are very nutritious

I have heard recommendations for soaking nuts before eating them (raw or subsequently toasted) and also soaking grains before cooking but I haven't bothered.

I'm curious to learn more about the benefits and if it's a health food fad or really based in science.

I see a lot of sprouted pumpkin seeds. What does "sprouted" do for seeds? They look and taste like regular seeds.

bumping up this thread. I need to eat seeds and nuts but I'm not a bird. How do I eat a lot of these (I don't eat peanut butter and that's a legume anyway).

Do sesame seeds in tahini count?
Any other ideas on packing seeds and nuts into a dish?

Helps one to digest them easier, and absorb a tiny bit more of the nutrients, and reduces some acids and toxins minimally.

Snack on pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Snack on nuts
Add chia seeds, other seeds, nuts to salads
put them in your brownies and cookies (walnuts in brownies; macadamia nuts in chocolate chip cookies, etc)
Use other nut butters
add almond slivers to green beans
add nuts and seeds to homemade muffins

No nuts in brownies.
