Where in Bethesda-CC to get cake decorations?

I ran out of time before making the great train cake I was going to make for my son's bday. It's today, he is at camp til 12:30, and I need decorations! I ordered a cake and now I will just have to decorate it myself (too late to order a decorated cake). Where can I get some basic train decorations anywhere in Bethesda or CC?

Normally, I would recommend the Little Bitts Shop in Wheaton - it is a cake/candy decorating supply shop. But I believe they are closed on Monday (you may want to double check).

You can always drive up the pike to AC Moore - they have a decent enough Wilton and cake decorating aisle.

Or you can clean off one of his favorite Thomas trains (or whatever kind of train he has) and use icing to make tracks around the cake and plunk the train onto your icing tracks. (You can get prefilled tubes of different colors of icing at Safeway and Giant.)

Try Party Warehouse in Silver Spring or maybe the Bradley Variety Store in that strip mall off Bradley Boulevard.
