Perimenopause- what helps with being hot and sweaty all the time?

I’m a sweaty gross mess 24/7. I’m disgusted with myself and I miss being cold and not needing to shower twice a day. Has anyone found anything that helps?

Estroven (the multisymptom one at Costco) has helped me tremendously. I was having hot flashes and night sweats that kept me awake. All went away within a couple weeks of starting Estroven. YMMV.

I’ve read about a wearable device that cools your wrist, which supposedly cools your whole body. It was a while back so unfortunately I can’t remember the name, but you could search based on the description? You could also try DIYing something similar when you’re at home near a fridge, like an ice pack or refrigerated gel eye mask applied to your inner wrist.
