Does the Republican agenda include taking away other medicines from women like HRT?

I am really anxious about this. I know they want to take away the abortion pill and really ban all abortions, but what about other medicines that mostly women take? like HRT. Will they ban these too? Or at least try to? l know they tried to make it not payable by insurance in Florida but I don't want it banned nation wide.

I can imagine puberty blockers are next. My daughter needed those due to health reasons. They’ll stop them because tRanS kiDs but blockers are used for other reasons.

You can bet viagra is safe from being banned.

If they do get rid of the abortion pull, which goes against the great majority of public opinion, it would create a huge underground market. Birth control? Sooner or later people are going to say enough is enough and tell the hyper conservatives where they can stick it.

The Republican agenda includes everything up to and including turning women into wombs with zero rights.

They'll tell you it's not, just like they told you Roe was "settled law" before they overturned it.

Just like they told you that now that Roe has been overturned it's "up to the states" before they started trying to introduce nationwide abortion bans.

Just like they told you "but there will always be exceptions for rape and incest" before they started sending women to jail for it.

Just like they told you "we would never force a 12 year old to term" before they did it.

Make no mistake, the GOP's ultimate goal is to become the American Taliban. They've been proving it with their actions for decades. Anyone who says they aren't is either too stupid to see what's right in front of their face, or in on it and trying to keep up the charade.

You may want to ask your doctor to increase your anxiety meds; the current dose clearly is not working.

Yes OP. The right is coming for all birth control. And they seem not to understand that middle age women take HRT for medical reasons and just assume we are all "trans" or whatnot.

Conservatives just don't care about women's health, we are just wombs to them.

They see the presence of such drugs as something between an endorsement of a lifestyle and a threat to society as a whole.

Conservatives want rigid strict social enforcement of gender roles. Drugs that help blur those roles -- for example, birth control permitting more equal participation by women in the workforce or less dependency on men -- will be attacked.
