On a busy stretch of Wilson, and it looks like every other new build. Also who needs 7600 sf!
No idea about the price, mostly because nothing surprises me anymore. |

It's a busy road, and so for me, it's a pass.
Strategically, I wonder if the builder could have considered a backyard pool and more elaborate hardscapes to make the backyard a fun area, since that would be one way to get away from the traffic in the front. |

| There are some nice elements, but it feels empty and soulless. For a $3M house, they should have spent more on staging to make it feel warm and homey. |

I’ve seen this as it has been built. I would budget in a lot of money for mature landscaping in front.

You're insane. Nobody in their right mind would spend $3.4 million dollars to live on two of the busiest roads in Bethesda. |
