| How do you differentiate between all the denim jackets out there? What do you look for? Any favorites, and why? Thanks! |
| Mine is an old Levi's trucker jean jacket. Simple and classic. |
|
I chose one based on the style I knew would be most flattering for me (longer in length and not oversized). I found one on Amazon of all places:

| I own a LOT (black denim, dark wash, light wash, white demin, distressed) and 90% of the time I reach for my Lucky Brand trucker one or classic GAP one |
| Mine is from J. Crew. I tried a bunch on before finding one with a cut and wash I liked. I feel like this is one of those things where it's better to try on in person than guess online. |
| I have a few: Vintage Levi’s; one from the GAP with a tapestry covered collar; one that an artist friend painted for me; a more feminine one from Talbots; a “shacket” from Old Navy that’s perfect for travel. Like anything: fit, cut, color, quality—- I have a shorter, lighter weight one that I wear with sundresses, the longer, heavier shacket for a bit of warmth and versatility. Try on a few for fit. If you don’t have a preference, then buy by price. Talbots and Old Navy have frequent sales. |
| I go for denim blazers because I need structure and I like the nip in the waist to the boxy look of a the standard denim jacket |
|
I have a Guess one that is at least 15 years old and buttery soft.
I wish I still had my old Levi's one from college! |
| I have a couple. My favorites are: a classic Paige one, a Levi’s boyfriend trucker with shearling, and a more fitted Veronica Beard one with a hood. |
| Mine is a GAP one from when I was in high school. I’m 51. You probably don’t want fashion advice from me! |
