Brag about something you did this week.
I finished a complicated work assignment. |
| I decluttered a box |
Hero! (No sarcasm, this is a true aspiration to me!) |
|
Decided to let go completely and have an extremely lazy and indulgent week for the whole family. Oldest son will leave for college in a week, youngest has auditions right after, and there's a big work project on the horizon, so there's stress coming our way. But this week, we existed in a blissful state of relaxation. |

I baked and ate a pie.
#winning |
| I live far away from my 80yr old mom, who is getting old, and I spent a few extra days at her place to declutter, and get stuff out of the house through donations and the dump. I also drove her around to do errands, which she has been putting off for months. |
What kind of pie. |
| I worked out every day even though it's the week before my period, and I really didn't want to. And it didn't actually make me feel physically great, cause week before period, but I feel emotionally great. |

This thread is lifting my spirits. I’m glad you started it, OP.
Good work everybody! |
|
Gave the dog a bath! (Later that day he pooped several times in the laundry room, including on the runner. Oof.)
Vacuumed our screened in porch. |
| 327 days sober today! |
Pound it, as the youths say 🤛 That's wonderful! |
| I got really pissed off at work and then used that productive rage to stay up all night painting our bedroom. Then I bought all new sheets and pillows and it feels great. |
| I got 16,100 steps today |
|
I started scrubbing the grout and tile on the kitchen floor and got like 10% done before my wrist and arm hurt to much to do it because I guess that's what happens when you're middle aged. I got the supplies to clean the rest and hope DS will help.
And also sober milestone, although not quite as much as PP. 3 months on Sunday. |
