Why isn’t DeSantis taking it on the chin for Florida’s insurance rates?

Insurers keep pulling out of homeowners policies — Farmers just dropped 100k customers.

But car insurance in particular has skyrocketed. Now 40% higher than national average— more than $3,000 semi-annually PER CAR.

This HAS to be an opening for a line of attack on DeSantis, either from other Republicans or certainly from Democrats.

Floridians are unhappy to say the least. But as a national issue for primary season, I'm not sure it has much power.
