Has anyone tried this gym? It’s more expensive than the other lifetimes but seems to have more amenities. We have a small home gym, so wondering whether to pull the trigger on this or whether to maximize the space at home and do classes at specialized facilities. |
Bumping it for you as I am also curious, though my impression is that it has fewer amenities, like no pool. I am mostly interested because it is convenient to me and has childcare. Any experience with the kids classes? Also, how busy does it get in the evening rush hour? Any issues with scoring a squat rack? |
I upgraded from Fairfax mainly because I live much closer to Clarendon. Clarendon is a MUCH nicer gym. Fairfax and the older Lifetimes are more like 24 Hour Fitness. Clarendon is very clean, much better equipment, nice locker rooms. I wish it had a pool but I am not a big swimmer. The main drawback is parking. Although they validate, the garages are a bit of a pain. I can afford tha $125 extra so I am fortunate. If money was tighter, Fairfax would have done the job fine. |
