Question about results of hormone testing

I followed my FSH, E1G, LH and PdG levels for one cycle using an app and test strips. Everything was normal and as it should be: optimal FSH, defined LH peak, PdG rise in luteal phase, and the app told me I had successfully ovulated... EXCEPT that estrogen (its derivative E1G) was uniformly low, out of the range of normal.

For the posters who have been followed by reproductive endocrinologists, have you had this issue and what did the doctors tell you? I thought low E1G meant an LH peak and a PdG rise was impossible?
