Mower issues

My lawn guy keeps blowing grass clipping all over my mulch beds and must have a dull mower blade cause the grass looks uneven and torn. Would you get a new person or should I address it with him?

Is your guy new? or drunk? Everyone knows that on your trim pass you discharge in toward the lawn. There's no excuse for otherwise.

Dull blades, well, he could just be busy. Getting under a ztr isn't a 30 second job.
