Jeff,
I didn’t start these posts but I am curious why are you keep taking them down.
Thanks

It wasn't anything about Northwood, it was another school.

I don't know anything about Northwood but I have removed several posts about the Paint Branch principal because nothing gets posted other than unsubstantiated rumors. There is at least one poster who appears to have a personal issue with the principal and continually posts about him whether it is on topic or not.

Sorry I miss spoke. I meant the paint branch principal. It is a fact that he has taken a leave of absence very soon after being appointed and right before the start of the school year.
Those are facts and not rumors.

Perhaps true. But, taking a leave of absence doesn't necessarily mean that he has done anything wrong. There could be a number of things that might cause him to take such a leave. The issues occur when posters try to explain the reason for the leave of absence.

While I 100% understand and agree that DCUM can't turn into a forum for anonymously slandering local individuals (and have reported some posts myself in the past), unfortunately he DID do something wrong and it was way worse than anyone knew, so this didn't age well:

That is completely shocking. What a pig. And what a failure of the system. So disappointing.

I'm quite comfortable with how it aged. We have guidelines for a reason and it makes no sense not to enforce those guidelines in a circumstance to which they directly apply. There was absolutely no damage done by preventing discussion of this topic for a few days. To the contrary, now that there is an authoritative source, the discussion will carry much more weight.
