autoimmune progesterone dermatitis

Anonymous
Hi, I posted this under Health and Medicine, but I wonder if this forum might be a better match, as I'm also in the TTC category (Although, I don't think it has a direct relationship with that fact; the condition is hormonally related, though):

Each month, leading up to my period, I usually get small blister-like "bumps" on my fingers and sometimes my palms. I recently found out (on a dermatologist visit for another concern) that the condition most likely is called autoimmune progesterone dermatitis. This started maybe 5 years ago (I'm in my 30s), and the intensity of the bumps will vary from month to month. Sometimes they don't appear. Fortunately, they subside completely by the time my next period begins (no scarring or anything). This month, though, they are more abundant and therefore it's somewhat more uncomfortable (usually feels a bit tight, itchy on my hands). I'm wondering if anyone else has this condition, or had it and it disappeared (or hopefully didn't worsen over time)? Thanks.
