Oh my gosh, I love peanut soup. They have it out at Mt Vernon, too.
It's kind of rich, so I would like it with a green salad with vinaigrette and a hearty peasant bread. You could also serve small servings as a first course to a traditional meat main, like roast beef or roast pork loin. |
