| We are drawing up an offer for land in Eastern Fairfax County and would like to teardown/rebuild the house. Our last renovation was in DC and we are not as familiar with midrange (not luxury) builders in Fairfax. We'll ask our realtor but would love any additional recommendations as we start this process. |

| Jim Lozoskie, 3DF. He did a whole house remodel for us a few years ago. He is an architect and structural engineer, as well as GC, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. |
