Best shoe for walking, light weights and workout class with cardio

I walk everyday for 3 miles - what is the best shoe? I also plan to use the same shoe to go to workout class - which has some aerobics, some light weights.

What shoe should I look at - Hoka (some many sub-catgeories - Bondi, Clifton etc), On running shoe, Brooks, etc?

Please recommend. I have been looking at Hoka and On running

You don’t need the “best” shoe for just a 3 mile walk, it’s not like you’re doing crazy distances. If Hokas or On Clouds are comfortable, wear those. Either one of those would work for a light workout class as well.
