Disagree. Weighing my food while doing WW was a key part of my 80lb weight loss. Of course the scale helped make me bizarrely obsessive, and then my hair started falling out and I kept almost fainting because of being in a calorie deficit for so long. Then I gained it all back. But that's a different matter? |

This one is great. You have an app with a food code so while you’re weighing the food, you input the code and get the exact nutritional info for whatever’s on the scale
