We'll be up in the NY area this weekend and my husband and I have a rare opportunity to grab dinner on our own in the city. Want to make it special--what's your go-to special occasion NYC restaurant? There are so many restaurants to choose from in the city--cannot decide. We're staying near Chelsea if that helps narrow down areas, but we'll go to any part of the city for something fun and memorable. Thanks!
