Why don't they ever play any games in the DMV Area?
I can see why they didn't like FEDEX, but any reason why they didn't play any games in Audi Field or even in Baltimore? Soccer is extremely popular in this area. |

| You want the truth? I will say it in the nicest way possible. It's because there are too many people from other Concacaf nations that live in the DMV, so USMNT would never have a home game. |

| As pp said there are too many people from other CONCACAF nations here. In the last game, US vs Jamaica, played at RFK stadium, there were way more Jamaican fans there than the US, to the point that it felt like a home game for the Jamaicans. |

I guess that make sense, but for some reason I thought White People were also soccer fans, but maybe not. Central Americans are always against Mexico VS USA game wouldn't be an away game, since there not as many Mexican Americans living in the DMV. |

See WC qualifiers from 2021-22 - Nashville, Columbis, Twin Cities, MN. I think we got on in Austin too, but that was against Canada so yeah. White Americans like soccer sure, but do you love it? When it comes to WC qualifiers and and games that matter, not your u-little's tourney showcas, folks from outside the US will do anything to be in the stands. We love soccer like you love your guns, so if your home country is playing a WC qualifier 500 miles from where you live, best believe a roadtrip is happening, hence no East Coast City from Boston to Miami could really ever host a game outside of one against Canada. This is the beauty if the US! |
