We were told fewer than 10 total--but at the same time that the odds of actually making it off the wait list are significantly lower than at, say, Beauvoir.

Thanks for the info. Did you speak with SJ or EM in Admissions? I don't know anything different, but I was wondering if it helps to speak to both of them.

You do realize you're asking someone who's hoping desperately that if a place becomes available, it will go to her child and not yours? I spoke to Shelley. But now if you call Erby, I'll have to call him too. Sigh. Wouldn't it be nice for all of us (and for the schools, too!) if we could commit to just sit on our hands and wait for a call?

No, please don't worry, I am not going to call, just trying to get information. Also, I don't have daughter, so I think that makes a difference.
