| I'm taking my MS kid. I have zero idea what to expect; I've never been to FedEx for any sports, have only seen one DC United game in person so not especially savvy about this. My DS is obsessed with Chelsea but since the tickets include both games, we'll go for the day. Seems like a really really really long day...any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |
| Leave the second game by the 75th minute to avoid some of the traffic. Most if not all of the regular starters will have been subbed off by that point, so you won't miss much. |
| how is the parking at fedex field? any free or cheaper parking option? |
Nothing is free. We bought parking when we purchased tickets |
| We're going. We're going to arrive late focusing on watching Chelsea. Bring a hat or shades. Paid for the $60 on site parking. Not worth the hassle. |
This!!! Otherwise, you will be waiting about an hour to leave. Not too fun with little kids in the car. |
| We left at halftime of the second game, and got out easily. And, not ever returning to Fed/Ex Field $72 for parking ($60+ fees), and spent an hour going rh last half mile. The delay was while they manually checked parking passes. For a lot Green A, that had a zillion spaces. So not worth it |
Parking is now 72$? WOW I guess I rather walk a mile and take Metro. |
| we ended up parking at metro and walked a mile. def. not worth paying the parking fee if you can walk 1 mile. |
