Recommendations for combined financial/estate planning services?

Anonymous
Hello wise DCUM! Looking for guidance - we're a DINK couple (late 40s/early 50s - one fed, one private employer) with combined HHI of ~$300k, own single-family home (in MD) appraised at $1.5M, both with stable employment.

Embarrassed to say that we have entirely neglected our finances up to this point (have $90k-ish parked in a low-interest-rate savings account) and retirement funds (we max out contributions but don't pay much attention to the accounts). We also have no wills, POA, or estate plan and neither of us want things to go to our next-of-kin if something happens to both of us - we'd rather it all go to a particular charity. We'd also like to set up a solution in case both of us are incapacitated so that a trusted friend has POA for us rather than a family member.

We'd like to work with a professional (or single firm of professionals - CFP, estate attorney, etc) to get everything set up according to our wishes and to get some guidance on how to manage our retirement accounts, income, and tax situation more effectively.

Would be grateful for recommendations of someone to see in the DC/Bethesda that can handle all of this, rather than separately seeing an attorney about the will/POA stuff, and a financial advisor about how to ensure we are investing and saving correctly! If this sort of thing doesn't exist (sorry - we are THAT clueless), recommendations for good estate planners and financial advisors also much appreciated.
