Was Sharon Pratt a good mayor?

Out of all the living mayors, she seems the most quiet. Other than panels, she does not make a lot of appearances, and does not seem to be very involved in the current mayors work, although they seem very friendly with one another. For instance, you see former mayors Williams, Fenty and Gray at press conferences and saw this when Barry was still living. Where is Ms. Pratt? One would expect the current woman mayor to honor the first woman mayor. Was she a good mayor and if not, is that why one never sees her with the current administration?

She was blander than Bowser and less competent, but she faced a bureaucracy that was still very beholden to Mayor Barry as well as economic headwinds that led to the control board.

It sounds like she had a lot working against her.

She made a lot of unforced errors but also was in an impossible situation. The city government in the late Barry era was entirely broken, wasteful and corrupt.
