Rebounder/indoor trampoline for exercise: will it make my face sag?

Anonymous
Silly question, perhaps, but I wondered. Serious joggers always look haggard, and I've often thought it wasn't just the sun exposure, but also the repetitive bouncing nature of the exercise. Maybe trampoline is better because it's lower-impact? I enjoy it and don't like jogging outside or running on a treadmill. I have a climber machine, but using it too often isn't great for my knees.

Thoughts?

Serious joggers have less fat filling out their face. We all lose elasticity in our skin as we age.

I mean... how much do you intend to use it? Runners face tends to be an issue among ultra-marathoners, not casual runners. Unless you intend to spend several hours a day on it, I think you'll get more benefit than harm.
