Infertility Support and Discussion

I know how in touch with your cycles many of you ladies are and I am just learning how to track ovulation after some losses. I am not charting but trying to track by LMP and CM. I had my AF two weeks ago yesterday. CM seems about right. And today I have a small cramp on my left side. Literally I did no physical activity that could account for the cramp. So I was wondering if anyone else had a cramp at ovulation. If that is what it is, does that mean that today is my best shot? Or tomorrow? Or was it yesterday? |

I feel a sharp pain in what i imagine is one of my ovaries and lower back pain the day I ovulate.
They said though that this cna happen before or after though, so I would use OPKs or start charting your temperature. |
| I feel something a few days before. Then I get an OPK, then I suppose I ovulate. |
| When I'm on fertility meds I can feel the pain of ovulation. For me, it is truly at ovulation, so having sex much after that isn't helpful, as it takes the sperm a while to be ready to penetrate an egg. In your case, I'd have sex asap. And keep tracking your signals, so you know for sure. |
| I feel pain during ovulation on Clomid. so much so that walking and sex are uncomfortable. OPKs are helpful. |
| yes, the pain from ovulation is called mittleschmertz |
| I can totally feel it and that is the best tell-tale ovulation sign for me. It is most obvious when I am urinating and last about 24 hours. It is usually on one side or the other. Confirmed accuracy via OPK. |
| Like other PPs, I feel it on clomid, but I never noticed anything before being on meds. |
