Blabber mouth/ can’t keep a secret when older

Anonymous
I’ve noticed that I’ve become like that. Maybe because I am no longer working and don’t talk to a-lot of people like I use to when I worked in an office.

I’m also having mid life issues and have been starting to complain about aches and pains, marital strife and teen bullshit Ah just turned 60…

Anyone else? Is it an aging thing, I’ve noticed this in other “older” people too. I’m trying to pull back.

I am this age and am living in the other direction. I don’t care to blabber. Not interesting to me.

Body issues yes. That’s happening. I am not at the doctors office almost weekly for pt or something.

Share all you want about your own business, but don't go blabbing about other people's business.

Maybe also make an affirmative effort to show an interest in others and ask about what interests them. It will make you less of a bore and will take your mind off your own concerns.

That’s fine, OP, as long as you don’t say something your spouse and kids would find embarrassing. That wouldn’t be quite ethical. But you can allude to problems.

Funny, I was thinking this too. I noticed it in my friends as well as myself.

"Mid-life"? Are you planning to live to 120?
