Celebratory lunch for mid-20s colleagues

I haven’t been keeping up with the dining scene. Can someone please recommend a place downtown (Dupont, Penn Quarter, Metro Center etc) that is celebratory and would be fun for a 20ish man and woman and me the older colleague who is treating them?
