So I am about 20 lbs overweight. I know I will lose weight in my arms, lost 15 already. BUT I still have a propensity to carry weight in my arms which makes me super self conscious about sleeveless dresses, tops, etc...
I am not much of an exerciser except walk 3x a week and play tennis 2x a week. best way to get rid of fat arms? And no, would not consider lipo. |
You need to start budding muscle in your arms - try lifting weights. Also, increase cardio to get rid of the fat under the skin. It will take time but you can do it if you are consistent. |
my arms are cut, but i have been wearing knee length a lines since I was 18. I bet you look great in a skirt! |
Me too. It’s one or the other. Wish I had both. |
Any advice for over 55 with flabby arms. I’m skinny but have lost muscle tone. Can I get it back?? |
Download peloton for free 30 day trial, buy 5 and 10 pound weights, do the arms by Tunde program (15-20 minutes three times a week) |
Yep. I can watch my food intake and exersize to maintain reasonable proportions, but no mini skirt for me ever! And it's a lot of work to maintain mass on my upper body. |
I teach a weightlifting class. I still have flabby thick arms. I'm 57. My legs, however, stunning.
It's one or the other. |
Ha, my arms and legs are both unsightly. But my abs are great. Lol |
Rowing machine, push ups and heavy weights. |
You can't spot reduce fat, but you can add muscle to your arms as you lose weight.
That said, loose skin is also a reality. No matter how much I work my triceps, I have wings that could fly across the atlantic. I DGAF though. Summer's too gross for me to stop wearing sleeveless tops. |
It’s one or the other??!! ![]() |
Coolsculpting for bat wings. A miracle. |
No, there is a special category of us with shapely arms and legs but who hold all weight in our belly. |
Do these. They work.
