Beginning in early May, I upped my steps and cut back on consumption though didn't eliminate alcohol (don't imbibe that much any way) or sugar as I've been about 30 pounds overweight for the last 18 months to two years. I lost 12 at a good steady pace, but stalled out for the last three weeks or so - didn't gain, but wasn't losing that much.
This morning I weighed myself after a busy week and am finally - FINALLY - under 140. Hope this means I may have crossed another a plateau. Would be delighted if I can lose another 10, ideally 15, which was my weight range before I started my gain (injury + series of family pressures).
