Pop up ad

On my iphone, I am consistently getting an annoying pop up ad that covers the bottom of the screen. Is that authorized?

Long time user and I really despise this…I hope you will remove it! I use a small phone and the ad takes up half the landscape and is popping up relentlessly.

The ad landscape has changed massively recently and the ads we have been running simply don't earn enough. These days, visibility is extremely important so we need ads that are always visible. Hence, the ad about which you are complaining. I wish we didn't have to run any ads, but that's our only revenue source. So, we really have no choice.

Agree with PPs. It’s awful. Is there a way to run an ad across the bottom that doesn’t do the “pop up” thing?

It's awful and blocks nearly a third of my screen on my Pixel 😔

It’s the popping up itself that is annoying. It pops up every single time I navigate to a different page on the site. I would love ads that stay still. I usually can’t stands ads that are embedded within the page, like within posts themselves (I think you tested those a little while ago?), but I would take those over this pop up!

Oh, so that's the new ad style? I was about to complain about it, too.

There's still a giant ad. There were 3 ads in a row. A small one with a blue x, a large one and then right under that a large one that is expanded with an arrow down button.

The large square ad and the ad above it will both drop off screen when you scroll up and the pop-up ad can be lowered. So, then none of the three are visible.
