Side of rice, or macaroni and cheese?

Help me I’m indecisive!

Making a southern fried cabbage (sausage, bacon, pepper and cabbage sautéed in pan) for dinner and want to stretch it. Do you think it would be better served over plain white rice, or served with a side of macaroni and cheese?

Corn bread. Mac and cheese. Fresh tomatoes.

I’d toss it with plain cooked pasta, but add some salt and possibly a touch of oil to flavor the pasta.

Mac and cheese, although I agree corn bread would also be delicious.
