Drinks at The Wharf?

Suburbanite here heading into DC to meet a friend for drinks at 5pm tomorrow (Saturday). Was thinking of going to The Wharf. Officina? Whiskey Charlie? The Grill? I never venture into the city and friend is visiting from out of town.

Suggestions welcome please!

Sorry just saw this. For future reference, I like the views at whisky Charlie's and 12 stories. But I also like the happy hour at hank's and the vibe at Brighton and Kirwan's.

I think the bar at Del Mar is super stylish and cocktails are good, as long as you don’t care about having a bar and not water view

The view from the rooftop of the Pendry hotel is great. Good sushi too. Service can be slow.
