Parking Pass for dwtn SS street

We live in an apartment complex in dwtn SS. We’ve had two cars (1 per adult), but now due to pretty unique circumstances, we need a third (for one of our 17 year olds). Trust me if we had a choice, we wouldn’t add a third. After paying thousands to Uber, this is the solution. Our apartment manager says the max number of parking passes we can pay for is two, although there’s many empty spaces. We thought we could get a pass for street parking, but it is limited to SFH dwellers.

Has anyone else had similar circumstances. If so, how did you fix it?

Thanks, but they don’t guarantee space availability even though you pay. We were quoted $135, I think. We’re trying to figure out how to get a pass to park on the street.

Can you get a spot from someone else in the apartment not using it?

Where in DTSS? I have parked in the Wayne Street garage many times at all different times of the day and at night and have never seen it full.
