I would shop a lot more at Zara if the website wasn’t so awful

Enough already with the artsy photos, etc. Make the sight easier to navigate. What a chore!

I 100% agree. I’ve tried a couple different times to order online and it just get annoyed and give up.

And then if you need to return things in the store, there are 28 people in line ahead of you.

OMG yes

The app is no better.

Their website design is atrocious. Not user friendly at all. Also very bland - it's where greige and beige went to die.

+1 I hate shopping on the app. I always get frustrated, tell myself I will just go to the store and then never do.

Their customer service is also absolutely atrocious.

I hate it. Why can't I see everything easily? I also wondered if I was missing something, like women who look effortlessly chic in Zara just know how to navigate the site instead of gawk at it wishing the UI worked like gap.com.

I have many clothes from Zara and they are ALL from shopping in person. I too cannot bear using the website. Harder now that the Grown shop is closed but I still stop by the F street store probably once a season and always leave with a few lovely items.

Well there you go. I’m not crazy. I hate shopping at Tysons because it is an absolute zoo. I think I may try an early morning mid week visit. We’ll see.

100% yes. And the stores aren't much better - so disorganized and hard to find anything. Huge lines. Terrible AC. Why, Zara?? Do better.

I have to say their stores in Spain are sooooo much better. Better organized, more options and better style. And about 40% cheaper.
