Leftover Shrimp Cocktail

I have leftover "jumbo shrimp cocktail tossed in sesame, lemon-garlic & coconut-curry" from an event yesterday. any ideas what to do wth it or how long it will last?

Hmmm that's an interesting flavor profile -- sesame and curry together on the same shrimp or those are the different options?

Either way, with the acid marinade, I'd eat soon. Make a big ceasar salad topped with shrimp for dinner.

Was it out for the event? Or in the fridge waiting to be used in case.

If the former, I'd toss it. If the latter, I'd eat it today. I agree that eating it on a salad would be great. I could also see just putting it out with cut up raw veggies, cheese, and crackers as a appetizer type meal.
