People driving and smoking weed, working and smoking why isn't it illegal?

I mean I am sick of it, people are smoking weed while driving all the time , not only does it stink but it is very concerning that they are dui and will hurt or kill someone.

Also lots of business smell like weed and the employees are smoking it , isn't that a major liability?

Why are we ok with marijuana driving and working? Isn't the same impairment as alcohol or other drugs?

Are "we" okay with it? Driv8ng under the influence of pot is no different from driving under the influence of alcohol.

What's crazy is that I can smell it in my car when driving next to them, even when I have the windows rolled up.

I'm not ok with it but my voice gets drowned out by thousands of lotus eaters. I voted against this crap, but what can I do?

The only reason pot is legal is because politicians use it to get lazy 25 year olds to vote. That’s the only thing the government cares about when it comes to pot. It is not concerned with an ancillary issues or side effects or any other issues raised by legalization like what do we do about drivers who are stoned out of their minds. We don’t even have a good way to test the sobriety of stoned drivers.

more people are driving buzzed on alcohol than weed.

How do you know those employees didn't have a few beers before their shift?

Most people who smoke can function at full capacity just like someone who has two beers can as well...hence the 0.08% limit
