I need to purchase a wall light for over my back door and would love to go somewhere local to see some options. Do you have any recommendations for stores in the DMV with outdoor lights that aren’t Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc…and don’t require an appointment?

dominion electric in arlington... i can't imagine they don't allow walk-ins at this point.

Dominion Electric is a good option.

Also, your neighbors might be pleased if you were able to a suitable fixture. which also is “Dark Sky” compliant. This just mean that the light goes down, not up at the night sky.
