Searching for Interior Decorator, Bethesda

Anonymous
Hi, wondering if anyone has recommendations for interior decorator. I would like to refresh our first floor family room/kitchen/powder room with new furniture, wallpaper, rugs etc. I have found a few people online but would love some more ideas. TIA

What is your budget?

I don't really have a budget, but perhaps keep it below $100,000. The rooms I need done are Powder room, family room. Kitchen is newish and dining room I like.

Do you want recommendations that are style dependent? If so, what are you looking for?

Also, your budget sounds like interior designer level not decorator. Are you saying decorator on purpose?

Could you explain the difference?

If your budget is $100,000 for a family room and powder room, are you not in social circles where people have similar budgets and can tell you who they used? Not trying to be snarky, I am genuinely asking. It just seems weird to me to ask dcum. That being said…

I am a poor. I used Havenly for our family room and loved the final design. I ended up using it more as inspiration for what I ended up purchasing, rather than purchasing the exact items from the design. I am now in the process of updating our living room and will use the same designer that did our family room.

Don’t bother, it only matter to people selling “interior design” degrees.

Go to Urban Country and ask for an interior design reco. They work with designers all the time and give a reasonable rate on the furniture you order thru the designer.
