Does by one know if hemp gummies (medicinal for sleep aid and not psycho active) are allowed to be arrived on flights from US through Canada to Australia ? They are legal in Australia and Canada but transport out of the country is not legal in Canada. However they would be transported to a country where it is legal. I think that law is because there are states in US where it is banned although in the state we are leaving from it is legal.
I think this is a gray area. Would we have to travel with sealed container and not use on plane to help sleep? Or not take at all? Would they set airport track dogs off? Thanks for any advice |

| Never ever travel internationally with drugs that aren't prescribed. It is just setting yourself up for disaster. Who knows in the off chance you get diverted to a country a lot less drug friendly. Just buy it there.kfmyoy need it. |
This is 100% the correct answer. |
| IDK about Aus, but you can definitely buy these in Canada. I wouldn't risk it personally, but I don't actually know if "hemp" gummies would set off the dogs. |
| Be careful. It's easy to have unexpected things happen while traveling. If you have specific questions, you could contact Realm of Caring Foundation. |

Thanks everyone. Even though it is approved by our doctor for medical reasons I won’t take and will buy there.
Happy summer all |
| Gigi Hadid just got arrested for having medical marijuana when entering another country. |
| Are they legal in Australia? I live there now and wasn’t aware of thus |

| I doubt you can get it prescribed in Australia unless you are resident and registered with a doctor licensed to prescribe cannabis. This probably varies between states. I’m in Queensland and obtained some through a relative who has the equivalent of a medical cannabis card. |
| I've flown all over the place with weed edibles and have never had an issue. If I am worried I just put them in a different package so it looks like candy. It doesn't have a strong smell or anything. Not saying I recommend doing it; just mentioning that I've never had a question or a even second look from anyone anywhere. |
| I would bring neither hemp nor non-hemp gummies into Australia. The rules for bringing food are extremely strict and frankly it's easier not to. |
| Dogs are no longer trained to identify marijuana in the US- too many positives. This is true for years. |
| Other countries still view “medicinal” marijuana as the wink wink nod nod it always was. |
