ISO - Need a Pediatric Dermatologist recommendation

My 1 year old son has rash from head to thigh for a week and I would like to take him to see a specialist.
If you know any good pediatric dermatologist, could you please let me know his/her contact info?

I have a similar thread entitled "pediatric dermatologist?" and people have weighed in on some good doctors, although they all have months-long waiting lists. Unfortunately, I don't know who could take you on short notice.

Pediatric specialists all have unacceptable waitlists. The thing is, some plain old dermatologists also treat children and can usually help resolve most problems.
