Planning a trip for next summer. Those who have been: how long would you advise to tour The Berlengas, half or full day?

Other question - Cíes Islands. Would you recommend, and again, how much time to devote to this?
Any and all advice greatly appreciated!

Not too bad. Right now while the rest of Europe is really hot, in Portugal is pretty ok. Humidity is the mother of all discomfort. There's little of it in Portugal, and lots of sea breeze
