Maybelline Great Lash, of course.

Maybelline Full n' Soft.
There's no point in spending a lot of money on mascara. For me, Full n' Soft beat Dior by a landslide. |
I agree. |
| I prefer the waterproof Full & Soft to the waterproof Great Lash. I use waterproof b/c I get weepy watching TV (not just movies!) and my allergies make my eyes water unexpectedly, too. Less chance of raccoon eyes. |
| CG Volume Exact is great. |
| Ditto Maybelline Great Lash. I converted to this only a few years ago, after having tried many the department store name brands, including Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, Dior. Great Lash is not only cheap, it's also the BEST. |
| Maybelline has a new kind out, called Falsies. I bought it yesterday and LOVE it! $5.94 |
| prefer full-n-soft to great lash |
| another vote for maybelline great lash. |
| Everyone raves about great lash - but I find it leaves clumps. Is there a trick to applying? |
| I prefer Loreal mascara in general |
|
I hate Great Lash! It's what my mom wears so it was naturally my first mascara when I was a teenager. Then I tried a different brand when I was 20 and I was floored by the difference! The Great Lash brush is just crappy and the formula isn't thick enough.
I like Clinique Lash-Doubling but I think it's hard to make a recommendation on mascara because everyone needs something different. My lashes are long but not thick, so I need a brush that will separate them and a formula that will add volume. Lancome mascaras have a cult following but since L'oreal owns Lancome it seems like L'oreal has very similar products at a much lower price. |
| Full n soft. I like the brush a lot better than great lash. no clumps. |
| Great Lash never worked very well for me, but I love Cover Girl Lash Blast. It has converted me from a devoted Dior Show user. |
