Lost Channel Programmed in TV and Cannot Reprogram It

I sat on my remote yesterday and somehow lost Channel 26 (along with 26-2 Create and 26-3 the Kids channel). I have tried reprogramming it to no avail. Might someone know what I'm missing? I realise this is a long shot but if someone's been there, fixed that, perhaps you can help. TIA.

I am assuming you are using an antenna to reach those channels.

If so, you need to go into the menu on the TV. There should be a section about channels. You can highlight the channel and change it from "Delete" to "Add".

I'm sure there was some shortcut key that you must have hit, but there's no way of knowing without details about your TV.

Thanks, yes on antenna. I did what you suggested several times to no avail. I also reprogrammed all the channels. I kept repeating this and then the following evening Channel 26 it reappeared. One of the many mysteries of technology ... It's nice to be able to watch Avec Eric again.
