Need personal chef (chinese) rec in Vienna/McLean

Anybody have any recs for a chinese cook who will come to NoVA for ~3 hours twice a week and cook several large authentic chinese dishes using ingredients we have purchased? Needs to be very familiar cooking sichuan dishes. Thanks in advance for any info you may have

Ask at your local Asian grocery store. I was going to say restaurant but they might not like the idea of competition.
