Try to find another club. I think that there is a machine site at Fairland.

We are big fans of FAST: our young-ish DCs built major stamina, got legal, dropped time, and have had a great summer season. Happy to return this fall.

DS tried out for RMSC today, but the coach told us they only have 30 slots,s and over 120 tried out. I do not know his chance but not looking good. MSSC canceled all evaluations so might go with PAC or FAST. MACHINE is a tad too pricy.

We liked PAC at Fairland. My just turned 11yo did it for 2 years. It’s much more low key than machine so if you are super competitive it may not be what you’re looking for. The kids seem to enjoy it though and the coaches were nice and supportive.
Machine was 3x the price and required practice 3x a week for 90 mins. We just weren’t that committed because my kid does soccer and other stuff too.

Same. DS enjoys swimming, but he isn't passionate about it ("only" swims 3 days/week as a 17y old) and PAC is perfect for him. That being said, the lanes are pretty packed and practice is late (8p-9p) for most kids.

Thank you for the reply - my DS is trying out at KSAC 8u next week and my guess is the numbers are probably similar...

Ksac will be much worse. They used to have two tryouts a year and now only one.
